This is an engaging and hands-on cooking activity that can be done in group and individual sessions. Cut out the directions into separate strips of paper. Have students choose one from a hat, this will be the step they are responsible for. If it’s an individual session, you can just have them follow the directions. There are questions included for inferencing/predicting prior to the activity and a fill-in-the-blank worksheet for complete afterwards. The strips of paper with the steps can be put in order as a means to sequence and recall information following the activity. There are also auditory processing questions included. It is four pages. Covers following directions, sequencing, problem solving, predicting/inferencing, auditory processing, vocabulary, descriptive skills, and social skills.
